Un effort doit être fait sur la propreté (four très sale, sol, frigo, cage d'escalier). Il manque un balai + pelle voire un petit aspirateur. Matelas d'appoint à changer car état très limite. Canapé peu confortable. Tuyau douche fuit. Poignée fenêtre cassée. Dommage car l'appartement a du cachet. Le...

Location bien placée à Royat.
Appartement pour 3 personnes et non 4 compte tenu du canapé qui est un 1 place et demi. Le matelas est plus large que le canapé lit donc nous avons du le mettre par terre. Les ressorts du canapé et le lit par terre n'aide pas à se reposer après les randos !
