Comfortable and quiet house surrounded by greenery with a panoramic view of the salt pans of Trapani and the Egadi Islands.
Ideal for families with children, or for couples of friends.
It is located in a countryside about 600/700 meters high, 5 minutes by car from the Ancient town of Erice and 15 minutes by car from the city of Trapani, where the coast of San Giuliano is easily accessible.
The house consists of a large kitchen complete with accessories, an outdoor veranda where you can enjoy the Panorama, have breakfast and dinner, two bathrooms with shower, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a bed single, and an attic with panoramic terrace, with two double beds.
The house is also equipped with a barbecue, deck chairs and tables for outdoor use.
It is perfect for lovers of tranquility, relaxation, nature, for those who love walking in the mountains, in the woods and vegetation. 5 minutes from the house is also the Ovovia plant that connects Erice to Trapani in 10 minutes.
