This large and comfortably furnished vacation home with a charming and fenced garden is located only 400 meters from the sea. Let your vacation evenings end in a cozy and relaxed way while enjoying the gorgeous sea view. The large, swimming pool provides welcome refreshment on warm summer days. The beautiful and quiet environment is very suitable for families with children. In the large garden your children can play wonderfully and have fun on the swing. Enjoy a walk along the coast, where there are beautiful beaches and pine trees provide shade. Premantura is the southernmost place in Istria and offers a variety of small bathing coves. It is located near the nature reserve Cape Kamenjak, not far from the vacation home, and was settled as early as the Bronze Age.

Heerlijk huis. Vooral de locatie. Je loopt makkelijk naar het dorpje om brood te halen en naar het kleine supermarktje. Ook het strand ligt op loopafstand . Je komt door een camping. Kust is er leuk om te verkennen per boot of per fiets. Leuke baaitjes om te zwemmen en snorkelen. Wel allemaal kiezel / rotsstranden. Super leuke week gehad.

Sauberkeit und Lage waren perfekt, hatten nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum bzw. zum nächsten Restaurant. Pool war perfekt, zum Meer musste man ein wenig länger gehen. Es war eigentlich alles da was man benötigt. Würde da wieder Urlaub machen.

Vi hade en underbar vistelse! Fint hus med allt man kan tänka sig.Rent och fint, otroligt kök, mysig uteplats, underbar pool! Nöjd med allt! Nära till många trevliga restauranger, stränder och butiker.Extra plus till ”husägaren” som visade ett stort engagemang och vi kände oss väldigt trygga att hyra detta huset.Skulle åka tillbaka vilken dag som helst!
