There is also a small utility to the rear with dishwasher, washing machine and separate WC. Upstairs, on the first floor there is a large king-size (5’) double room, a single (3’) bedroom and a family bathroom with double end bath and separate shower. There is another king-size (5’) bedroom on the second floor with rooftop views.

Outside, the south-facing rear garden has a lawn and patio with table and chairs. Behind the rear garden there is also private parking with just enough space for two cars, a feature rarely available so close to the city centre. Wickland Cottage is perfect for a weekend break or a longer stay for business or during home improvements.

- Accessibility: Two steps up to the front door threshold. One step from the back door to the rear garden. One step down from the living room into the kitchen. Victorian staircase (fairly steep) with banister to the first floor, with the bathroom straight ahead (5cm lip to shower), and one other step up to access Bedrooms One and Two and the stairs to Bedroom Three. Bed 3 is on the second floor via a standard L-shaped staircase. Other internal floors are even and level, with no internal steps.
