Featuring a large open plan living room, it offers a cosy lounge area with log burner, and a dining space with plenty of room for five at the table. Kitchen appliances include an electric fan oven, 4 ring electric hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a small utility to the rear with dishwasher, washing machine and separate WC. Upstairs, on the first floor there is a large king-size (5’) double room, a single (3’) bedroom and a family bathroom with double end bath and separate shower. There is another king-size (5’) bedroom on the second floor with rooftop views.
Outside, the south-facing rear garden has a lawn and patio with table and chairs. Behind the rear garden there is also private parking with just enough space for two cars, a feature rarely available so close to the city centre. Wickland Cottage is perfect for a weekend break or a longer stay for business or during home improvements.
LOCAL AREA:
Chichester centre is an easy walk, with a range of independent and high street shops, galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants. Chichester Cathedral, Chichester Festival Theatre, South Downs Planetarium, West Wittering Beach, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Goodwood House are all nearby.

- Accessibility: Two steps up to the front door threshold. One step from the back door to the rear garden. One step down from the living room into the kitchen. Victorian staircase (fairly steep) with banister to the first floor, with the bathroom straight ahead (5cm lip to shower), and one other step up to access Bedrooms One and Two and the stairs to Bedroom Three. Bed 3 is on the second floor via a standard L-shaped staircase. Other internal floors are even and level, with no internal steps. We had a great stay at Wickland Cottage. The location was spot on and off street parking was a real bonus. The cottage is well kept with comfortable beds and a good shower. Everything you need for a great holiday is provided. Chichester is a lovely city with lots to do in the area. It is also well served by public transport.

Very convenient situation for visiting Chichester town centre on foot and the many local attractions are only a short distance by car. It was very useful to have "user tips" for the oven, dishwasher etc, as well as a week's worth (for our party of 3 adults) of tablets for said dishwasher, clear inst...

All communication was speedy with clear instructions for locating & entering.
The cottage has everything you need for an extended stay. It was spotlessly clean & well appointed. Good parking & an easy walk into Chichester. Ideal for visiting Arundel & Portsmouth docks. We met up with family & was lovely to sit & catch up in the garden.
