Le Baraban is a 160 m² detached cottage spread over three levels, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. On the ground floor, a large garage provides easy parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. The garden level features a bright living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, which extends onto a south-facing covered terrace of over 30 m². The five bedrooms offer three double beds (140 cm) and four single beds (90 cm), supplemented by an extra bed. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as three toilets, ensure everyone's comfort. The large, landscaped garden of approximately 1,000 m² invites relaxation, while the games room with table football, a reading corner, and board games will delight both children and adults. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided for a worry-free stay. Nestled in a peaceful setting, this cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Loire Valley. Bis auf das nicht sehr angenehme Wetter, wenig Sonne, viele Wolken und Regen eine schöne Unterkunft, allerdings war die Grundausstattung nicht so toll, kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Das Haus ist sonst für 5 Personen mit Einzelzimmerwunsch gut geeignet.
