In the heart of VERNON (400 meters from the city center) and overlooking the banks of the Seine with balcony terrace on the river, just 5 km from GIVERNY and its famous Claude Monet museum, beautiful new apartment richly equipped. Located on the second and last floor (without elevator) of a small residence. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, induction hob and coffee machine. Television in each room with satellite channels, DVD player and wifi internet connection. Room with high-end Epeda bedding. Private and closed parking space at the foot of the building. You will have access to a terrace at the edge of a carp pool (fall protection net over the entire surface of the pool) and to an open-air spa, subject to charges (bathrobes provided on request). A very well equipped gym / fitness center is freely accessible and free of charge.

The prices are inclusive of all charges, tourist taxes included, with supply of sheets and towels and departure cleaning carried out by the owner. Possibility of reduction for occupancy 2 to 4 people. Possibility to rent by the night (2 nights minimum)

L'appartement était propre, lumineux, agréable dans son agencement, bien équipé (avec une literie de qualité!), bien situé (proche de toutes commodités à pieds).
L'accueil de monsieur Noël fut chaleureux et bienveillant.
Le jaccuzi... un plaisir !
