Ce logement est idéal pour une cure aux termes d'Evian, qui se trouvent à 100 mètres.Le garage en sous sol, même s'il nécessite quelques manoeuvres pour se garer, est un plus pour le centre d'Evian.

L'hote a ete tres reactif a toutes nos demandes et nous a permi de rentrer dans l'appartement a 12h au lieu de 16h. Des proprietaires soucieux de donner le bon service.

Appartement très confortable, calme, très bien situé vis-à-vis du lac et des commerces, pour l'essentiel en accès piéton. Garage inclus, ce qui est très appréciable. Accueil et relations très agréable avec le propriétaire, jusqu'à un bouquet de fleurs fraîches !Nous étions logés au mieux pour un excellent séjour à visiter ce site magnifique ainsi que les vallées alentour.
