Minimum stay of 3 nights.
The owner is at your disposal to answer any questions regarding the home or its surroundings.
It also lets potential tenants know that the apartment is located on a second floor without a lift.
No pets or smoking are allowed inside the apartment.
It is not allowed to organize parties and to respect the rest of the neighbors do not make noise after 22h.
In case of loss of keys, € 70 will be charged to proceed with the change of the cylinder.
The Certificate of Habitability is for 5 people. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of tenants.
