It is not allowed to organize parties and to respect the rest of the neighbors do not make noise after 22h.
In case of loss of keys, € 70 will be charged to proceed with the change of the cylinder.
The Certificate of Habitability is for 5 people. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of tenants.

Mi è piaciuto il silenzio del quartiere, luogo molto tranquillo,la pulizia dell'appartamento e proprietaria presente, disponibille a fornirci eventuali informazioni. Mentre,la mancanza dei pargheggi potrebbe essere un problema, sopratutto per i motociclisti che vogliono avere a vista la moto

Fantastisch appartement, goeie bedden, handdoeken en lakens. Inchecken ging soepel en de gastvrouw is ontzettend vriendelijk. Mooi schoon, rolluiken en airco. Dichtbij centrum en het strand. Heel erg bedankt voor de gastvrijheid, liefs uit Amsterdam
