Welcome to 20 Melantee, a charming and comfortable 3-bedroom holiday home that promises a delightful stay for families and groups.
This spacious house offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and cosy comforts, ensuring a memorable holiday experience. Step into the large, bright hallway where you'll find a welcoming atmosphere with a convenient coat and shoe rack by the front door.
This leads into the spacious lounge, a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
Enjoy cosy evenings by the log burning stove, or watch your favourite shows on the TV. The well-equipped kitchen is situated at the back of the house and features a dining table, washing machine, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer and gas hob & electric oven. The back garden is a delightful area to enjoy the outdoors, featuring a large sheltered patio, lawn area and washing line.
While the garden is not enclosed, it provides a serene environment for relaxation and outdoor dining. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower over the bath.
Please note, there are three steps to climb to access the bathroom. There are 3 large spacious bedrooms upstairs.
Two double beds & a twin all with ample clothing storage.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, featuring carpeted floors and convenient towel rails for your comfort. The house has oil central heating throughout. A travel cot is available on request.
