Très bonne localisation géographique et une très bonne exposition pour l’ensoleillement , d’ôter d’un garage primordial dans Villars. Manque juste un peu de fraîcheur par rapport a certaines locations qu’ Interhome villars nous ait pu faire profiter précédemment , mobilier de rangement dans les chambres et Micro ondes seraient très appréciables.

Bien placé. Appartement agréable. Manque un store sur le balcon pour l'été. La TV ne fonctionnait pas et le locataire précédant avait déjà fait état de ce problème. Vu le temps magnifique, on s'en est passé

L’état de l’appartement est très vieillot (mobilier, équipement, literie)
Moisissures dans la salle de bains
Il n’y a pas d’accès à un local pour poser les skis, et pas possible de laisser les skis sur la place de parc (pourtant inutilisée).
Tout cela fait que l’appartement a un rapport qualité prix très médiocre.
