Newly renovated, (in May 2016) Apartment for max. 4 people.
55 m², 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom.

The living room is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. The special feature of the apartment is the 7 m² south / west balcony, with large picture windows that can be fully opened. This means that you can also leisurely use the balcony in bad weather, have a wonderful breakfast there and watch the busy shipping traffic.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a HiFi system. In addition there is a dining table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen has except the stove with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed 2 high quality mattresses and a second TV.
The underground car park (7 € per day), as well as the shopping center can be easily reached by elevator.
So you come even with rainy weather dry feet to the shops, attractions and restaurants.

Sehr freundliche Übergabe der Ferienwohnung. Diese ist wunderbar eingerichtet , alles was man so benötigt. Der Ausblick aus dem 16. Stock der Hammer. Man brauchte nur in die 2. Etage zu fahren um in den Geschäften bummeln zu gehen . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden garantiert wiederkommen.
