House in a hamlet on the hillside of the village with two terraces and landscaped gardens (including fruit trees) and flowers, enclosed lawn.

Located near the town center and the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau (a 10-minute walk) and the shopping area (also a 10-minute walk), the cottage enjoys a peaceful, green setting close to hiking trails (for walking, mountain biking, or horseback riding).
Within a 15 km radius, you can discover Saché and the Maison de Balzac, the Château de l'Islette with its vast flower-filled park on the banks of the Indre River, perfect for picnics, the troglodytic valley of Les Goupillières, the Château de Villandry and its gardens, the Château de Rigny-Ussé, the Château Fort de Langeais, and the troglodytic houses and basketry workshops of Villaines-les-Rochers.
Azay-le-Rideau has the advantage of being halfway between Tours and Chinon and offers a wide range of opportunities for sightseeing and walks, cycling, or boating.
