Ideally situated in Montesquieu des Albères in the foothills of the Pyrenees.
The villa is in a peaceful location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village. Large enclosed garden of 3500 sq m with parking for 3 cars.
The garden is landscaped with mainly native trees and is home to an amazing variety of birds.
The large private pool (12.5m x 6.5m, depth 1.2m - 2.2m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with pool furniture. Around the house terraces and verandas offer a choice of shade or sun. Panoramic views: Toward the East the fishing port of Saint Cyprien and the sea, towards the North the plain of Roussillon and the mountains of Aude, towards the West the Pyrenees with Mount Canigou, towards the South the Albères hills. The villa has been completely renovated over the last few years with new kitchen and breakfast bar, new shower room, new bathroom, new flooring and new lounge furniture.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce villa. Contact très agréable avec les propriétaires, acceuil sympa, grande piscine, vue magnifique sur la vallée et les montagnes, et une grande terrasse qui permet de manger à l'ombre. Nous recommandons vivement !
