In Santa Maria al Bagno there are commercial amenities but also tourist attractions such as the Museo della Memoria e dell`Accoglienza, the ancient Torre Fiume, the Aquarium and the Giardino della Memoria. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).

Il n'y a que la situation géographique ainsi que la qualité des matelas de cette location qui est positive sinon le reste est totalement négatif.
Peu de vaisselle ( il fallu réclamé verres, bols, presse jus....), loué pour 8 couchages mais que 6 chaises à l'espace repas limité à un balcon, pas de sé...
