This delightful apartment is located on the ground floor of a town house in the center of Lüneburg in a town house from 1895.
This approx. 35 m² apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), dining area, living area, bedroom and a shower room. We renovated and furnished the town house in 2017/2018 with great attention to detail. The apartment is non-smoking.
You can smoke outside the door in the courtyard passage.
Pets are not allowed. We source green electricity and heat climate-neutral with green gas.
The apartment has state-of-the-art Nest smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Propriété remarquable, très bien équipée de matériels neufs et d'excellente qualité. Située dans un quartier calme à proximité du centre et des principaux commerces (épicerie notamment) cet appartement est idéal pour la découverte de Lüneburg et des villes voisines (Hambourg, Brème, Lübeck).
