A small, very cozy duplex house, semi-detached and in a quiet location with its own separate entrance, situated on a private road 300 m from Morgat Beach, near the harbor, shops, and hiking trails (GR 34, etc.).

Super séjour dans ce petit cocon !Logement super bien placé avec accès à pied à tous les commerces/ restaurants et mer !Monique est très arrangeante, on a passé un super séjour en couple !

Sehr schönes kleines Haus in unscheinbarem Wohnviertel, sehr ruhig gelegen, 10 min Fussweg zur Ortsmitte mit Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker und zum Strand. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen entlang der Küste der Halbinsel Crozon. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
