Eine Sache die ich negativ bewerten würde, ist der Bereich vor der Garage (Eingang). Die dort verlegten und nicht vollständig aufgefüllten Rasengittersteine (Beton) ... Dazu kommt, dass eine der Rasengittersteine weit aus dem Schotterbett rausragt. ..

Grundsätzlich sollte das Haus mal bezüglich Möblierung, Wohnzimmerboden und der Sauna und anderen Details aufgerüstet werden. Es ist immerhin ein 4* Haus..
Die Zufahrt ist wie beschrieben nicht nur sehr eng und steil, sondern aus meiner Sicht grenzwertig.

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Chalet aber das war ziemlich sicher das letzte mal, der Standort ist Top sehr romantisch, die Aussicht fabelhaft. Das Chalet selbst sollte dringend aufgefrischt werden. Es hat viele versteckte Mängel, man kann das nur wissen wenn man darin gewohnt hat.
