Idyllic dream location: This 165 square meter house is only around 2 kilometers from the center of Alaró, on a 17,000 square meter plot. It offers space for up to six guests on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom, the living-dining area and the separate kitchen, which is fully equipped with all common appliances, including a dishwasher, from the large, bright staircase.
The spacious living area-dining area is very comfortably furnished with two sofas, a dining table and a fireplace and German satellite TV and free internet are available.
Via the staircase you can reach the three bedrooms and another bathroom on the upper floor, this one with a bathtub and bidet. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with fitted wardrobes and one double bed each, the third bedroom with a single bed, which has an additional sleeping space with a fitted pull-out bed and is ideal for children and teenagers.
The house is very well insulated and easy to temper. Fans are available in summer.
From the covered terrace on the garden side of the house you can enjoy the tranquility and idyllic location, the view of the 8 x 4 meter pool and the largely natural garden, as well as an overwhelming view of the beautiful valley at Alaró. Thanks to its ideal south-east orientation, the sun will delight you from morning to late afternoon. A cozy outdoor seating area is in the shade of a large tree right next to the refreshing water in the pool. An ideal place to relax and feel good. Alaró can be reached in a few minutes and even on foot, and hiking or cycling tours at the foot of the Tramuntana and towards the Orient are recommended. The connection to the motorway, via which you can easily reach Palma and the rest of the island with its numerous beautiful beaches, is only 7 km away.
In the transition months, the electric central heating can be booked optionally, there are separate costs. A cash cation of € 300 will be charged on arrival and will be refunded accordingly on departure.

This property was amazing. The grounds were spectacular. The house was just beautiful and so well equipped. We could not have asked for more. Pedro was a wonderful host, so welcoming and helpful. We would love to come back. The location was perfect and drove in all directions to all parts of this beautiful island.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Finca war einfach nur traumhaft. In ruhiger Lage gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Nach Alaró (2km) nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. In Alaró sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet. Der Empfang mit Pedro war ...

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Finca von Pedro verbracht, der sich als perfekter Gastgeber präsentiert hat. Seine Finca war in einem makellosen Zustand und wir haben eine sehr, sehr schöne Woche Ende Oktober dort verbracht. Alles war sauber und in guten Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
