The result is the birth of a modern accommodation facility consisting of elegant and refined apartments, in which the creative work of the architect Oscar Ferraro is reflected in the right attention given to taste, art, beauty, attention to detail and the comfort of guests during their stay. The complete renovation has given back the possibility of offering apartments of various types ranging from nice studios for two / three people, to standard apartments for up to four people and superior apartments capable of accommodating 6 people.

La casa ha tutto il necessario ed ha anche due ampi terrazzi dove si può pranzare o cenare piacevolmente, la sua posizione è ottima sia vicina al mare che al centro di Sperlonga. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

We had a fantastic time in Sperlonga and the apartment. The location is excellent as it is close to everything - no car required. All of our needs were met.
