Ideally located on the heights, between sea and mountain, this typical southfacing Provencal villa, between Nice, Antibes and Cannes, about twenty km, enjoys a beautiful view of the village Le Rouret and the Provencal forest. Fully airco equiped in every room.
This superb villa of 200 m2 on 2600 m2 of gardens with private pool, offers quality family accommodation, a peaceful setting and absolute tranquility.
Close to a golf course and tennis courts, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 6-minute drive to Regional Natural Park of the French Alps or the 5-minute drive to Grande Bastide Golf Club (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime). After you return, you can unwind by the (heated) pool or sip a drink in the garden and on the terrace all facing south; you may also like the patio and outdoor furniture for 8-12 persons. For a change of scenery, come inside and try the WiFi, TV, and video library. As you settle into this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area for 8 persons and air conditioning in every room. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. We had a fabulous week at this gorgeous house! It is exactly as described and has everything that you need for a holiday. The area is beautiful and there are lots of opportunities for days out or just relaxing by the pool. There is plenty of space to spread out or to be altogether. Thank you Christa for sharing your house with our family.

The house was all you could whish for and more. We stayed for a week, four adults four teenagers. The location is ideal for day trips and hiking tours. The house itself is well-equipped and even better than in the pictures.

Zeer mooie villa met een prachtig zwembad omgeven door een fraaie tuin.Wij verbleven er met acht personen en kunnen geen tekorten melden.De omgeving zorgt voor prachtige uitstapmogelijkheden.Wij hebben er van genoten.
