Ex Pacciano is a one-bedroom apartment at Agriturismo Tenuta Badia, in the countryside near Paciano and Lake Trasimeno. Wooden beams and terracotta floors preserve the character of a country home, with a bedroom separate from the living area.
You can prepare meals in the apartment and spend your days exploring the area, between Umbria and nearby Tuscany.
The living room includes an equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom and living area.
The bedroom has a double bed; the sofa bed in the living room can sleep one adult or two children or teenagers aged 17 or under at the time of the stay. The maximum occupancy is therefore three adults, or two adults and two children or teenagers.
The apartment is for your exclusive use.
During your stay, you can also use the shared areas of the estate: two outdoor pools with sun terraces, green spaces, children’s play facilities and three barbecues in different parts of the property.
Each accommodation has reserved sun loungers and a parasol by the pools. On-site parking and laundry facilities are free.
Pools: open seasonally. If you are planning a stay outside the main season, please contact us to check opening dates.
SPA: an optional extra, by reservation and subject to availability. The total price is €60 for two people, for two hours of exclusive use. We recommend contacting us before booking to check availability during your stay.
Check-out: by 10 am. A later departure may be arranged, subject to availability.
Tourist tax: €1 per person per night, for up to five nights, subject to the exemptions set by the Municipality of Paciano.
Getting around: we recommend a car to visit Lake Trasimeno and the nearby towns and villages.

Great location and view. Room was comfortable and excellent parking. Address is wrong on VRBO is wrong and sent us to neighbours across the street to 39.

A really peaceful place, in the middle of the countryside. The place is clean and cozy, the chambers are comfortable, air conditioning is perfect, the pools are ok. Nearby there are little villages where you can find restaurants and shops, but you never meet the crowd you can expect in summer; the scenery from the hills is impressive. A totally positive experience
