The villa enjoys a dominant position, the view overlooking the valley below that slowly goes on rolling hills,
that reading sway in the sky up to the tip Tresina where the rock is giving way to the sea, the sea down there, that sea back there ..
The property covers approximately 1.5 hectares and the home, all of local stone, rebuilt in the full respect of the territory is immersed in the Cilento nature where the breathtaking beauty of the place gives a yesteryear charm and atmosphere.
The ground floor of the villa is divided into 5 apartments, furnished with taste and passion, thanks to the care of the details of the owner of the house; each one has the name of a stone to recall the importance of this mineral has been and is for man; you can choose the apartment that best suits your needs;
L 'property offered in this ad is called Aquamarine.
Accommodation very nice, medium size, ideal for a couple or a family with two children. From the terrace overlooking the valley and the sea of Santa Maria di Castellabate you access the private patio, opposite the entrance, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. L 'accommodation consists of the kitchen-living room with sofa bed, fully equipped with cookware, cutlery and everything you need to cook and experiment with your recipes being able to take advantage of our organic garden that we provide.
The bathroom, with professional and silent automatic aerator, features a beautiful glass shower equipped with blue glass ceramics with towels and hair dryer.
The master bedroom is very bright, pretty, soft colors and furnishing fabrics and window overlooking the main garden.
It 'free wi-fi access both internal and external.
L 'Aquamarine accommodation is well suited for families with up to 2 children, use of the comfortable sofa orthopedic bed located in the kitchen, or is ideal for couples looking for an elegant and romantic accommodation. From the outside terrace, in front of the entrance you can admire beautiful sunsets and evening is the perfect place for a dinner by candlelight.
The added value, as well lqualità housing offered, are the spaces offered by Casale cared for and designed for total relaxation and wellness.
The property is divided into 3 large terraces:
The main building, where stands the house, has a large lawn where you can relax, walk barefoot or sunbathing. an area dedicated to relaxation, with swimming pool for a dip while enjoying a splendid view of the sea of Santa Maria di Castellabate.
A corner was dedicated to an organic garden for the use of our family but also for our guests, you can detach yourself from the plant the vegetables that you want to cook. Not far from the barbecue area with a large table for eating in the garden.
In the morning we recommend a stroll among the fruit trees and try a rich breakfast of white figs, cherries, apricots, pears that are on the upper terrace.
The lower terrace is full of olive trees and citrus. It 'been given an' area to fix their car.
You are immersed in the natural garden of the Mediterranean, a few steps from the sea of Santa Maria di Castellabate, away from the city noise, you'll discover new rhythms of life and you will be fascinated by the beauty of the Cilento, land of myths and legends, hidden caves, sea crystalline and wild and well protected.
During their stay there will be the presence of the owners who take care of first house and a small farm (for little more than family use) with oil, wine, dried figs, jams, preserves, sott 'oils, meats. It will be our task to make sure your stay is pleasant and relaxing, we will be available for advice on places to visit, restaurants or taverns, or if you want even for a simple conversation.
A big advantage is being able to enjoy the silence both day and night due to the size of the property and the location is not close to high-speed lines or densely populated urban centers. The position slightly elevated (about 100 ms l. M.) Ensures a pleasant microclimate even in the hottest days. At the same time the sea is located just 3.5 km (which is sandy with rocks) and offering free parking spaces (available until 9 am) and a fee at a cost of around € 05.04 daily. Alternate free beaches and private establishments. Our advice, for those who love the rocky seabed is to bathe in the resort of Punta Tresino or Punta Licosa, while the sandy bottom the central beach of Santa Maria. Or in front of the entrance gate you can take advantage of the local urban service (one bus every two hours starting at 8 am).
The medieval village of Castellabate is about 3 km and is well worth a visit for the beauty of its historic buildings and beautiful panorama from the belvedere.
At about 1 km, the small village of S. Peter, where there is a grocery store, a butcher shop (very good), a bakery, a newsagent, a pharmacy and the patron church.
Nearby there are the archeological sites of Paestum and Velia, and approximately 1 hour drive the famous city of Pompeii.
The park of Cilento has many nature trails, like the reserve of Morigerati, the gorges of the river Calore, the caves of Pertosa and Castelcivita.
Worth visiting the villages of Acciaroli, Palinuro and Marina di Camerota for the beauty of the sea and the presence of caves.
The 'food and wine is very developed, you can taste the buffalo mozzarella from Paestum, to sausages, such as sopressata of Gioi, dried figs, locally caught fish and the typical wines of the territory as Agliano, Fiano and Falanghina.
The center of Santa Maria di Castellabate and San Marco are equipped for boat tours (we recommend a visit to the island of Leucosia) and diving to admire the splendid backdrops.
The major centers for evening entertainment are the seafront of Santa Maria di Castellabate and Agropoli to where there are excellent restaurants, wine-bars and nightclubs.
Services included: water, electricity, gas, internet wi-fi inside and outside
Weekly change of linen and towels and free use of a washing machine.
