On generous 93m² of living space spread 2 bedrooms for 4 persons upstairs and the living room with fireplace and wide patio doors, a sofa bed for 2 more people and a seating area for 6 people on the ground floor.
Here also are the large bathroom with shower and bath, a comfortable kitchen with a dishwasher and the fully equipped laundry room.
In the attic is also a second small bathroom is located in a real wood-beamed ceilings alongside the two bright and airy bedrooms with comfortable double beds with sink and toilet.
The modern kitchen is open plan and adjoins the dining area for 6 persons. The sitting area around the large wooden table connects the kitchen to the living room. The cozy lattice windows of kitchen and dining area provide a view of the beautiful cottage garden of the neighbor.
About the living room with fireplace (seasoned firewood available) takes you through the wide patio doors to the south west facing terrace of the holiday house and the beautiful garden.
The onsite garden plot offers children and grandchildren a safe place to play, romp, sleeping and Discover. In the garden are a dry place for your laundry, a timber rental for firewood and the garden shed with 4 high-quality and robust bicycles, garden furniture and barbecue. The bicycles are available for free.
From the garden and the sunny wooden terrace you can enjoy the exclusive view of the steeple of the art historically important Krumminer Michaelis Church. This former convent is attractive on a small hill. The wide water view of the set up there benches on the Krumminer Wiek is a real find. Water views you have from the house away from that 200m quay.
