House in the historic center, pedestrian area, with independent entrance, completely renovated in 2015. Living room (with double sofa bed) and bedroom with French bed and a half French bed with sea view; kitchen, bathroom and large terrace with beautiful sea view.
Equipped with hot / cold air conditioning / dehumidification.
Located in the heart of Peschici but convenient to all services (bars, restaurants and shops).
Alley central but far from the night chaos.
For those who want to go to the beach of Peschici it can be done by walking down the alleys that lead to the different shores.
Car parks available outside the historic center: both a blue zone for a fee (3 min. Walk), and in a non-paying area (max 10 min. On foot).
N. B. Due to the location of the house and the internal structure, the house is NOT suitable for families with children under the age of 6.

Bella casa, completamente climatizzata, con fantastico terrazzo sul mare. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e fornito di tutte le comodità necessarie e di buona qualità, dai piatti in porcellana, ai morbidi asciugamani. La proprietaria, Paola, è di grande supporto con i suoi consigli e la sua gentilezza. Ci mancheranno le cene in terrazzo

L’Appartement de Paola est très bien placé (dans le centre historique mais au calme). La terrasse offre une vue spectaculaire et l'appartement est aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.Notre hôte Paola a été d'une grande gentillesse.Tout était parfait, un grand merci !
