Treat yourself to a relaxing getaway in this charming little chalet that combines tranquility, comfort, and mountain style, ideally located right near shops, restaurants, and a cheese shop, and just a few minutes from Lake Saint-Point, Malbuisson, Labergement-Sainte-Marie, Pontarlier, as well as the thermal baths in Switzerland and Besançon.
This cosy home features:
a kitchen that opens onto the living room, with a sleeper sofa (140),
a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet,
a mezzanine bedroom, accessible via a retractable staircase (not recommended for young children), furnished with a double bed (140x190) and offering a lovely view of the Morond.
In the summer, you’ll enjoy its large, tree-lined terrace furnished with patio furniture and lounge chairs, all set on a small, enclosed lot sheltered from prying eyes.
Please note:
The chalet does not have private parking. You can park on the street, about 50 metres away.

Ce pagotin et son jardinet sont un agréable cocon, calme, commerces à proximité, vue magnifique sur la montagne. Excellente communication avec l'agence et le propriétaire pour résoudre des petits problèmes. Envie d'y revenir.

Ce pagotin est très bien situé, dans un environnement très calme, proche du centre de la station, à 3 mn d'un magasin d'alimentation et à moins de 10 mn à pied du départ des activités de loisirs.
Ce chalet, très bien équipé, est parfait pour 2 personnes et la chambre est située en mezzanine accessib...

Un petit chalet extrêmement bien équipé et bien isolé d’un point de vue phonique
Il manque un accès internet et la chambre à l’étage dispose d’un escalier escamotable pas forcément accessible à tout âge
