EXCEPTIONAL - LES ADRETS DE L'ESTEREL - Splendid villa with heated pool - Tennis - Sauna - Hammam!
You will love these 230m² designed by a family enjoying meals with family and friends! On the menu: swimming pool, barbecue, tennis, hamman, sauna and pétanque!

Let yourself be tempted by this magnificent villa in which you can have your breakfast like a good prince, sometimes on the terrace with a clear view, sometimes with your feet in the water of the swimming pool, all in the heart of the splendid massif of the 'Esterel… We have rarely seen more pleasant!
In terms of layout, it looks pretty good with, on the ground floor
- A decoration chosen by the good care of the owners for an “at home” effect.
- A superb living room of 65m² with large bay windows overlooking the terrace, sofa and armchairs, fireplace, flat screen TV and coffee table (possibility to enjoy the view without moving from the sofa) and dining area for 8 or 10.
- A large separate semi-professional kitchen with everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), but also an ultra-modern appliance, plus a kettle and a toaster.
The kitchen has a dining table for 4 people.
Access to the terrace (and barbecue) from here. - A suite type room with its king size reclining bed, its closet and its private shower room, with its toilets, cupboards and double sink. - A bedroom with a view of the bay of Cannes from the double bed. - A walk-in shower room with double sink and toilet. - A room for children or teenagers with bunk beds and wardrobe. - Separate toilets in the entrance, but they live it very well! *** Upstairs : - A master suite with its private bathroom (hammam shower and spa bath for more pleasure), its dressing room, its television and its king size bed 1. 8m x 2m (reclining separately).
As a bonus, private access to the tropézienne terrace (amazing if you want to get away from the group and read a good book). *** The exteriors: - The magnificent terrace with garden furniture, its outdoor dining table and its barbecue. - To the delight of children (and adults), a swimming pool of 16m x 6m in heated half-moon, filtered oxymatic system (no taste of chlorine or taste of salt), shower and pool-house with a side dish deckchairs, deckchairs, a pétanque court and a second level of garden (ideal for giant hide-and-seek or for hiding Easter eggs). - A super brand new porous concrete tennis court on which you can take lessons with our teacher (no name, confidentiality required). These services are chargeable and the rates communicated upon your arrival! As a bonus, you will be entitled to the infrared sauna just for you (and will share it if you are nice.) - To your great regret, however ... no parties or parties (at most we take out a bottle of rosé and drink it with friends on a musical background). ____________________________________ Some highlights: - High Speed Wifi Connection because all you need is love and wifi. - The house is complemented by a host of bonuses such as a HI-FI system and SONOS system, TNT satellite, alarm, videophone, Apple TV, board games, summer kitchen, a laundry room with washer-dryer linen, pétanque balls and private parking for 7 cars, a closed garage for 2 cars. - Location in absolute calm, the villa is located in a 1ha property, (the sound of birds at dawn is not considered a noise nuisance), and decor absolutely insane. Dimensions not adjustable to the size of each, even with a lot of good will. - A map of the city, transport and a guide of places not to be missed (and to be missed). - A survival kit on your arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea and more). On site at home: - Aquagym lessons possible (for a fee) with our super fitness teacher. A little geography: After a few seconds by car, you will reach the mini shopping center for bread and morning croissants ____________________________________ But you can also: - Reach the village of Les Adrets in less than 5 minutes where you will find all the local shops (including a pharmacy in the event of a difficult tomorrow.), Do your shopping twice a week, post office, ATM. Stroll through its small alleys or order a coffee on the terrace of the cafes in the old village. - Take a cultural break by admiring the glassblowers at the Biot glassworks in 20 minutes. - Enjoy the sandy beaches of Mandelieu, Cannes, Golfe-Juan or Antibes in less than 30 minutes. - Enjoy the best golf courses on the Riviera, Golf Old Course 12km Golf Barbossi 13km Terre Blanche Golf & Spa 23km Royal Golf Mougins 25km Golf Bluegreen Esterel 26km - End your afternoon by visiting the perfume factories in Grasse (less than 30 minutes). - Go out to dinner in the evening in many starred restaurants (or not but warmly recommended and tested by us!) - For the most serious of you who would come (possibly) to work, the villa is located less than 30 minutes from the Palais des Festivals in Cannes or the technopole of Sophia Antipolis. ____________________________________ Good to know : Check-in and check-out are flexible (in our image), except in the case of cross-departures and arrivals, in which case the arrival is from 4 p.m. and departure until 10 a.m. no way to duplicate the apartments). IMPORTANT: A supplement of 30 € is charged for arrivals after 9 p.m., 40 € after 10 p.m., 50 € after 11 p.m. (sleep time is expensive).
No arrivals after midnight (we save time for Netflix). And as your satisfaction is our priority, do not hesitate to contact us for the duration of your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, suddenly).

We had a wonderful two weeks at the house - which is well equipped, with comfortable beds and lots of indoor and outdoor space, including a number of shaded areas. The terrace and pool are amazing, maximising the stunning view of the bay of Cannes. Thank you!

We stayed here for the second time and we had a fabulous time again! The house is so lovely, with a beautiful swimming-pool and great outdoor area. The view is amazing and we used the tenniscourt every day. We were welcomed again by Philippe, which was a real pleasure. We hope to come back next year!
