This cosy and fully furnished holiday apartment is located in the heart of Lucerne’s charming old town. Its exceptional location and stunning views of the famous Chapel Bridge and the River Reuss make it the perfect choice for your stay in Lucerne.
The 35 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, ideal for preparing your own meals. The apartment also includes a private bathroom with a shower, fresh hand and bath towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
Guests can use the washing facilities on the 2nd floor free of charge. Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels, bed linen, towels, and all utility costs are included in the price.
Thanks to the apartment’s central location, travelling by car is not recommended. The property is situated in a pedestrian zone, and parking in nearby public garages can be expensive. However, as soon as you step outside, you are already surrounded by Lucerne’s beautiful old town and within walking distance of its main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Fresh Swiss products can also be found at the local markets on Rathausquai and Helvetiaplatz every Tuesday and Saturday. Lucerne railway station can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.
Please note: For bookings of 30 nights or longer, the following additional charges apply:
A security deposit of CHF 2,000.00, refundable after check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
Both payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been confirmed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you with further details after your reservation.

Location was the best part. Literally right in the center of old town with beautiful views from the windows. Parking was a shock at first, because the area where the hotel is, is pedestrian only. The parking garage they recommend is only 7 min walk. Food near by was delicious and if it’s a short stay or even a little longer the room is more then enough :)

The apartment was amazingly clean. Plenty of towels and coffee. Wifi worked well. All the basic appliances are there if you want to make something yourself. They provide fans which was great in August and the location COULD NOT BE BETTER. Right upstairs from a great restaurant and in the perfect place for the entire river/bridge view. Owners were super responsive and clear.
