We offer our guests a small and indipendent "studio" (22 mq) complete with bed linen, bathroom and small corner (for the preparation of breakfast or quick meals, there are no cooking stoves but the microwave can be used to heat food), air conditioning and heating, TV, overlooking the park, private entrance and outdoor furniture.

It is an excellent solution for getting to know Venice and beyond; it is ideal for those traveling a couple or alone. Ausgefallene Lage im hinteren Teil eines ca. 2 ha grossen Villengartens: sehr ruhig, kultig, Südterrasse. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ehemaliger Wintergarten des Anwesens mit sehr hohen Südfenstern.
Allerdings sehr kleine Küche ohne Kochmöglichkeit (ausser Wasser und Mikrowelle). Klimaanlage mit Heizm...
