The apartment has two bedrooms (the master bedroom has a 1.50 × 2 bed, and the other bedroom has two 90 × 1.90 beds), a full bathroom with a shower, an open-concept kitchen with a living-dining area, and a terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances for a pleasant stay (microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and oven). and the living room offers direct access to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast.
Sheets and towels are included.
It also features a covered GARAGE space, common areas, and a SWIMMING POOL.
