The 160 m2 villa Matiou welcomes you for your dream holiday in a new and private house.
Located a hundred metres from a cycle path, you will be able to discover:
the padle on Lake Léon (5 km),
Surfing or sunbathing on the many beaches the lette 12 Km, old St girons 10 Km,
Walk through the many night markets of Léon 10 km, Moliets 15 km.
Trade at the traditional Friday market in Linxe
For the more curious, Bayonne is 1 hour away; San Sebastian and Spain await you with their tapas for a walk.
Many secrets still exist and I would be happy to share them with the most curious.
For the calmer ones, I invite you to ask yourself:
An 11-metre swimming pool awaits your jumping arms and water games.
The deckchairs will be there for your long days under the sun.
An evening with friends around the bar equipped with outdoor plancha will be there to have a good time. And if you like competition, there's nothing like pétanque or, for the more sporty, a game of ping-pong!
Ideal house to get together with family and friends: I can accommodate 6 or more adults and 6 children easily and create your most beautiful memories.

Hervorragendes Haus für unseren Urlaub. Zwei separate Schlaf-Bereiche mit eigenem Bad. Alles neu und sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle Terrasse, coole Bar, überragender Pool. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen waren begeistert.

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans cette villa. Tout est prévu pour y passer de bons moments: piscine, pétanque, ping pong. La maison est soignée avec une décoration de qualité. Et que dire de l accueil: Christophe nous a mis de suite en confiance et reste joignable durant le séjour si besoin. Nous reviendrons
