- Important information about the rental Arrival and departure are always on Saturdays. Arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am-11am. Please inform us of arrival time.
- You must provide your own bed, towels and kitchen linen. On request this can also be rented, 15 euro per person. Blankets and fleeces are available.
- Dogs are allowed, an extra charge may be requested.
- The cleaning fee is: 90 € euros,
- The deposit is €500. You will receive the deposit after your holiday if there is no damage to be settled with the deposit, such as damage to the house or furniture during your holiday. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the tenant is obliged to make an additional payment.
