Outside a veranda with table and chairs, relax area, sofa and wicker chairs. There is also a brick barbecue where you can cook in peace and an outdoor shower. Indoor parking. A few meters are available all services, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets and restaurants.
A short distance from the town center, Santa Maria Navarrese municipality of Baunei (reachable on foot in 5 minutes) in a unique natural setting, famous everywhere for the beautiful beaches: Cala Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine, Grotta del Bue Marino, for to name a few, reachable both from the ground through the "Selvaggio Blu" trekking paths, and from the sea thanks to the tourist port of the village (reachable on foot in 10 minutes).

Tolle Lage, Restaurant & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, tolle Veranda, der Strand vor der Haustür eher steinig, Küche teilweise reparaturbedürftig, Klimaanlage sehr gut, Warmwasser im Bad erst mit Vorlaufzeit nutzbar. Aussendusche konnte auch vom Nachbarn genutzt werden, da wohl Gemeinschaftsgarten.
