The “Oleandro” apartment is a beautiful studio with a terrace offering an unobstructed ocean view, nestled amid the island’s lush Mediterranean vegetation; it takes its name from the stunning oleanders that surround the outdoor terrace. Because its leaves are arranged in groups of three, the oleander symbolised in ancient times the harmony of the universe, composed of triads which, as Pythagoras stated, “is the existence in which the Unchanging and the Changing have come together.”
Nestled in the beautiful area known as “I Conti” in Santa Maria, the “Oleandro” apartment is a peaceful retreat located just 700 metres from the shuttle service to Frontone Beach (the island’s most important beach), the Ponza Ethnographic Museum, and the island’s traditional restaurants. It is located just 1 km from the Port of Ponza, the central hub of life on the island, the ideal place to spend your holiday on the island of Ponza, relaxing amidst the sea and nature. With its Mediterranean charm, it stands out for its typical Ponza-style furnishings and the splendid view from the front terrace, which measures approximately 35 square metres. The apartment sleeps 3 (one double bedroom, one single bed) and features a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, satellite TV in the bedroom, air conditioning in the bedroom, and a fan, and a beautiful terrace/solarium with comfortable lounge chairs and a charming barbecue area with an outdoor table and umbrella for romantic dinners overlooking the sea. Just 20 metres away, there is parking for your car or scooter, or for the many scooters available for rent on the island.
The price includes bed linens and towels, cleaning upon check-in and check-out, and additional services.
: Exclusively for guests of the property, 125cc and 200cc scooters can be rented on-site; bicycles available near the property can also be rented.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Ponza per una settimana in questo gioiellino di monolocale con terrazza vista mare e fornito di ogni comfort. Fabrizio è un host superlativo, sempre disponibile e premuroso. Preziosi i suoi consigli su escursioni e ristoranti. Consigliatissimo.
