This cosy and tastefully furnished holiday apartment is situated right in the heart of Lucerne’s picturesque old town. With its unique setting and breathtaking views of the iconic Chapel Bridge and the River Reuss, it offers the ideal accommodation for an unforgettable stay in Lucerne.
The apartment provides 43 m² of comfortable living space for up to four guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a welcoming dining area, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The modern private bathroom includes a shower, fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
Guests also benefit from free access to washing facilities located on the second floor. Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels, bed linen, towels, and all utility costs are included in the rental price.
Due to its outstanding central location, arriving by car is not recommended. The apartment is located in a pedestrian-only area, and public parking garages nearby can be costly. On the other hand, all of Lucerne’s main attractions, shops, cafés, and restaurants are right outside your door and can easily be explored on foot. Local markets offering fresh Swiss products take place every Tuesday and Saturday at Rathausquai and Helvetiaplatz. Lucerne train station is also just a short walk away and can be reached in under 10 minutes.
Please note: For stays of 30 nights or longer, the following additional charges apply:
Refundable security deposit: CHF 2,000.00 (returned after check-out, subject to the apartment being left in good condition)
Final cleaning fee: CHF 200.00
These payments are to be made directly to HITrental after the reservation has been confirmed, either by credit card or bank transfer. Further information will be provided after booking.

The view from this property was STUNNING! Great stay! The only thing I’d say to future guests…be prepared to have the windows open on the 4th floor. Families with littles may want to stay on a different floor. Loved this property for our family with 2 teen boys.

Location was the best part. Literally right in the center of old town with beautiful views from the windows. Parking was a shock at first, because the area where the hotel is, is pedestrian only. The parking garage they recommend is only 7 min walk. Food near by was delicious and if it’s a short stay or even a little longer the room is more then enough :)
