The accommodation
The apartment is located in a newly renovated 3-party residential building, on a traffic-calmed street in the popular, safe and upscale district of Weitmar-Mark in the south of Bochum. We don't live in the house ourselves, our son and his family do. He is also available at any time to provide advice and assistance. Just ring the bell if you have a request.
The apartment is designed with loving details based on cozy Alpine accommodation.
In the immediate vicinity is the Weitmarer-Holz, a local recreational forest with wild animal enclosures, playgrounds and great jogging trails.
Also within walking distance are the concert location and cult discotheque "Zeche" and the Springorum cycle path, a cycle path that leads through the countryside through the entire city without road traffic.
