The cosy “Pluto 1” studio is located in the very heart of Lucerne’s historic Old Town, making it an ideal base for your stay in the city. Compact yet thoughtfully designed, this 15 m² studio offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

The accommodation features a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate modern bathroom, ensuring a convenient and independent stay.

Guests have free access to washing machines and dryers located on the second floor of the building. The price also includes all utility costs, Wi-Fi internet, TV, bed linen, and towels.

Thanks to its excellent central location, everything is within easy walking distance. Lucerne train station can be reached in just 5–10 minutes on foot, while the Schwanenplatz bus stop is only a few minutes away, offering frequent connections in all directions. The Chapel Bridge, the River Reuss, as well as a wide selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants are located right nearby. The surrounding area provides everything you need for a perfect stay in Lucerne.

Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:

- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.

- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.

These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.

Location was great, but no view of lake for sure. Still a good location. A few issues:- needs new mattress, one side is unbearable at this point- only 3 nespresso pods of coffee for 3 nights / 2 people- shampoo/conditioner quality very lowI wouldn’t usually mind the lack of coffee and shampoo/conditioner options, but this is a fairly high cost VRBO and expected more.

Location couldn’t have been better. We loved having 2 rooms and a little extra space. The Nespresso machine was nice as well. Loved having a laundry machine (note it is NOT in the apt)- but is was sooooo slow. Overall clean, great location and as advertised.
