The holiday apartments are located in Feyen, a area in the southwest of Trier.
This area has retained some of its village-like character, yet the city centre is just a short trip away—the bus runs every 15 minutes, and the stop is practically right outside the front door.
Above our holiday rental, a brand-new, modern, and architecturally interesting area is taking shape—Castelnau; within a 5-minute walk, you can reach two supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, a chemist, and other shops.
The need for nature and tranquility can be satisfied just as quickly; the Mattheiser Forest and the Moselle (Moselle Cycle Path) are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Built around 1900, the house was purchased in 2012 and then completely renovated from the ground up over the course of two years—the front facade retains its historic character, while the rear features a modern design with large windows, a terrace, and a balcony overlooking gardens that were likely laid out around the turn of the century.
Unit 1 (48 sqm; plus terrace):
is located on the ground floor of a small two-story house with a total of three apartments. At the front of the apartment is the light-filled bedroom with cherry wood parquet flooring and a French bed (1.60 m).
Behind the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen is the living room, which features light-colored tile flooring. When unfolded (1.40 m), the comfortable sofa provides a place to sleep for a third and fourth person. The underfloor heating ensures a cosy warmth throughout the living area.
Through the glass doors, you can step out from the living room into the small courtyard, where you can comfortably wind down the day with a glass of Moselle wine on balmy summer evenings.

Schöne Wohnung.Alles da was man für eine Woche Aufenthalt braucht.Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist zum Schlafen super,nur leider etwas tief zum sitzen.Ansonsten alles wie vom Gastgeber im Inserat angegeben. Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Haustür.Gastgeber hat sich zwischendurch gemeldet und nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist.Dafür gerne ein extra Sternchen.Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder

Sauberkeit bei Anreise hätte gründlicher sein können. Dusche und Boden in den Zimmern war staubig und den Müll vom Vorgänger mussten wir entsorgen. Fewo ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gut erreichbar.

Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos des Vermieters. Es bestand während unseren Aufenthalt auch ein sehr netter Kontakt. Unser Auto konnten wir in einer Nebenstraße, 2 bis 3 min. entfernt parken. Es gibt ca. 2 min zu Fuß eine Bushaltestelle mit sehr ...
