The high-quality and stylishly furnished holiday apartment BONITA VISTA I, whose name is inspired by the fabulous view of the Baltic Sea, scores points with its exclusive location directly on the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz.
The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to shop and stroll with its growing range of shops and short distances.
The light-flooded oasis of well-being with floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony offers a wonderful harbour cinema with a view of the floating houses, the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord with passing sailing ships and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Make yourself comfortable on the balcony and watch the passing sailing ships accompanied by the colourful evening sun or use the sofa corner in the living area when the weather is grubby so that the underfloor heating can keep you warm.
The apartment's sporty, romantic furnishings impress with their modern flair and the successful spatial connection between the kitchenette and the exclusive living area, which emphasises the comfortable atmosphere of the peaceful surroundings. There are community games and books for your entertainment.
In addition to the comfortable double bed in the bedroom, there is another sleeping area for small children on the sofa bed in the living room (120x120 cm).
The fully-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - here you can conjure up delicious meals. However, you can also plan great barbecue evenings outside, as there is a barbecue and garden furniture on the small but cosy balcony.
The bathroom has a modern, floor-level shower, a washbasin with vanity unit and a large mirror.
The car parking space belonging to the holiday apartment is easily accessible from the apartment on the 1st floor via a lift.
Our favourite spot: end the day in good company at sunset with a glass of wine in your hand and enjoy the fresh sea breeze...

Schlafzimmer zur Parkplatzseite; Personal früh morgens mit lauter Musik und laut unterhaltend auf dem platz unter dem Zimmer stört Ausschlafen;
ebenso ungünstig: nicht abschließbare Radunterstellung;
Glascontainer in der Nähe, in die auch noch nach 22:00 Flaschen entsorgt wurden (auch hier Beeinträchtigung der Schlafqualität)

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Meine Freundin wäre sofort eingezogen. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
