Cozy apartment on the edge of the old town of Wismar located on the ground floor of a terraced house that was completely renovated in 2011. The second apartment in this house is rented out permanently. In the apartment you will find a spacious living and dining area, both areas are separated by the kitchen counter.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an einem kleinen Park und der Fußgängerzone. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (z.b. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler u.a.). Ein großer Vorteil ist der Parkplatz am Haus. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt nach unserem Einzug hat er sich nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt.

Absolute Vorteile dieser Wohnung sind die Lage und der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Altstadt ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Zudem ist die Wohnung gemütlich, praktisch geschnitten und hat einen Balkon. Die Idee mit der "Bücher- und Weinbörse" fanden wir sehr nett. Auch die Teelichter sind eine nette Geste. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in der Wohnung und würden sie wieder buchen.
