CARCANS-MAUBUISSON, A PRETTY RESORT LOCATED ON THE SHORES OF THE LARGEST LAKE IN FRANCE, CHRISTIAN AND NICOLE OFFER YOU A SUPERB VILLA IN AN IDYLLIC LOCATION FACING THE LAKE
Immediate access to the supervised beach.
You can stay in our villa that can accommodate 8 people. It is composed of: a 10.65 metre terrace with a view of the lake, a living/dining room, a rotunda relaxation room with coffee tables, as well as a TV room with sofa, coffee tables, for a total area of 35.65 m2.
A fully equipped 12m2 kitchen, plenty of storage, ceramic hob, multifunction pyrolysis microwave, refrigerator, as well as a Nespresso coffee maker, and filter coffee maker, kettle, Blinder, toaster.
A corridor, leading to a storage room with freezer, separate toilet with washbasin, a bathroom with walk-in shower, furniture, hair dryer.
As well as 5 bedrooms:
CH1 surface area 13.60 with a bed of 140/190, linen wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: surface area 12.54 with bed of 140/190 linen wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: area 13.73 with 2 beds of 90 cm chest of drawers for storage.
On the ground floor, you will benefit from a hallway, with small office, serving:
CH4: surface area 10,m2, Bed of 140/190 with desk and 2 armchairs
Shower room n° 2, shower, vanity unit, hair dryer.
CH5: surface area 15m2, with bed of 140/190, linen cupboard, with also small cot with bars.
Baby storage unit, changing mat.
Bathroom n°3, shower, washbasin unit, hair dryer, as well as a toilet
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
