It consists of three well-equipped apartments on three floors and has only external stairs.
The lowest ceiling height on the top floor is about 150 cm.
The house has several terraces with a beautiful view of the sea and the bay.
You can relax in the pool of the house or also on the nearby concrete beach.
However, if you want to leave the heavenly peace of the bay, then drive to the center of Rogoznica, where many culinary delights, cafes and various tourist attractions are offered.

Wunderschönes Haus, toller Aussenbereich, eigener Bereich am Meer, nette Vermieterin, alles lief reibungslos! Toller Pool!
Einziger Nachteil: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) ohne Auto nicht erreichbar, aber mobile Verkäufer (Brot, Obst, Fisch) täglich im Ort.

Miejsce na wakacje z rodziną SUPER!!! Dom dla 3 rodzin spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Każdy znalazł miejsce dla siebie. Dzieci większość czasu spędzały w basenie. Miejsce na oczarowało. Położenie bardzo dobre, bo można w każdą stronę wyruszyć na zwiedzanie. POLECAM!!!

Det var et rigtigt dejligt hus, som lå lige ned til en dejlig privat strand. Det var lidt bøvlet at man skulle bruge bilen hver gang man skulle handle ind.
Rengøringen var super fin og værten var meget flink og hjælpsom.
