Independent 2-room apartment on the garden level of the villa. It includes 1 bedroom, 1 living room with large kitchen area and sofa bed, 1 bathroom with toilet. Very nice south-facing terrace with sea view. Independent access. Sea, beach and city centre 300 m. Magnificent landscaped swimming pool accessible to our tenants. Very beautiful and large garden of 1500 m². Tennis court available free of charge 5 minutes walk from the house. Parking in enclosed garden.
The apartment has just been completely redone. The kitchen has a 3-burner electric hob, a hood, a multifunction microwave, a large fridge-freezer. The sofa bed is new. 40" TV. The bathroom with Italian shower.
The swimming pool with a small bath for children and a very nice waterfall.

Das Paradies liegt in der Av. du Frioul in Sausset-les- Pins bei Claude, Jean-Marie, Benie und NewtonDas Gesamtpaket ist unschlagbar, die wunderbaren Gastgeber, das renovierte Appartement, der fantastische Garten mit traumhaftem Pool mit Meerblick, die Ruhe, die tolle Lage... kurzum alles!Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Das saubere Appartement ist so in der Villa gelegen, dass man Privatsphäre hat. Jean-Marie und Claude sind sehr eloquent und herzlich und haben uns während einer Mittagssnack-Einladung interessante Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt und waren rundum zufrieden.
