It is situated in a quiet location and only a short walk from the beautiful pebble beach. A spacious covered terrace facing south offers you a view of the sea. In front of the entrance area there is another shady covered terrace. The parking place belonging to the apartment is located on the completely fenced plot.
In Njivice there is a long promenade with many beautiful beaches and cafes. Discover the rich history and cultural heritage of the island of Krk on your excursions. In Punat you can go wakeboarding and in the town of Krk there is a go-kart track. In the surrounding area there are many bike paths through the pretty countryside.

Sehr schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz. Super Lage mit Meerblick. Sehr liebe und gastfreundliche Vermieter. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Kroatien ist ein tolles Land. Njivice ist ein sehr schöner kleiner Urlaubsort. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Traumhafter Blick auf das Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett. War alles in Ordnung, Hauseigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns sogar die schweren Koffer in die Unterkunft getragen. Die Wohnung ist schön und dekorativ gestaltet.
