Sehr zentral gelegen und ausreichend groß. Ein tolles, neues Bad und eine moderne Küche. Gut gepflegt und mit zwei mobilen Klimageräten.Durch die Nähe zum Westbahnhof ist immer Trubel auf der Straße. Die Mariahilferstraße ist auf der anderen Seite des Gürtels nur einen Sprung entfernt.Die Betreuung aus der Ferne war professionell, schnell und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Die schöne Altbauwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und fußläufig zum Westbahnhof gelegen, von wo aus man mit der U-Bahn direkt ins Zentrum kommt.
