Close to ecotours, birdwatching and more, this smoke-free apartment brings it all within reach.
There's convenient on-site parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 1-minute walk to Chateaux de la Loire or the 10-minute walk to Saint Martin Basilica. Air conditioning and a desk are featured at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental.
Connect to the free Wi-Fi, or get cosy in front of the cable/satellite TV (video library available). There's also a DVD player and a stereo.
Bathroom amenities include a hairdryer, towels and toilet paper.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a microwave.
And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.
Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, heating and limited housekeeping.
