This fully refurbished 3 bedroom end of terrace home will make for a perfect getaway. Perfect for contractors, families and groups.
Relax in the living room with a large corner sofa and widescreen TV.
The kitchen comes complete with a dining table and chairs, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery. A washing machine is also available.
All cleaning materials including washing up liquid and hand wash are supplied.
Note: the two single beds in bedroom 2 can be configured into one kingsize if required. Please add a note to any booking if you need this.
Outdoors
You have full access to the rear garden with table and chairs to relax outside.

Modern spacious home ideally located close to the city centre and walking distance to Warwick University and Canley station. Coventry Station is less than 3 miles away.
Close to the A45, with easy access to the motorways The house is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood of Canley Gardens.
Great location for day trips to Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, the Cotswolds and Birmingham
