It`s a safe, quiet residential neighbourhood with parking.
Ideal for exhibitors at the NEC, contractors and those away on business. Ideally located for JLR, HS2, Resorts World, Birmingham Airport and International.
It is a family neighbourhood and you can often hear children playing out in the gardens - when the weather is nice!
There is an ASDA supermarket and shopping centre less than a mile away for any supplies you may need.

We are so close to Birmingham airport that you can almost feel the aeroplanes taking off and landing, it is amazing, although can be a bit noisy.

- Free High-speed WiFi, driveway with parking for 1 vehicle and on-street parking There is a private parking space for one car and plenty of free on-street parking.
- Guests are required to complete our rental agreement, provide ID and pay a non-refundable damage waiver, an alternative refundable damage deposit is available upon request.
- There is a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING policy. The property is equipped with with extrelmely sensitive noise and motion sensors, if this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
- Please respect the property If you open it, close it If you borrow it, return it If you turn it on, turn it off If you break it, fix it If you use it, take care of it If you make a mess, clean it up If you move it, put it back

Everything from booking through to departure was so easy, stress free and host was helpful and available.House was immaculate and fully equipped. It was exactly how we expected. Amazing!
