Good morning all ! UNLIMITED AND FREE WIFI + PROMO
Think of fishing (oysters in quantity, clams, mussels, shrimp ...). There are a few periods out of season in the sun or by the fire, and reservations for 2019 are launched and it will go very quickly!
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, unless agreed by the owner.
DESCRIPTION OF OUR FAMILY HOUSE:
Detached house by the sea, on 550m² of enclosed land 60m from the beach with free boat launching wedge. This fully refurbished villa is labeled 'THREE STARS', it is located in a small cul-de-sac, a haven of calm and security especially for children. This house gives on one side on a garden with a south facing terrace, small sea view and on the other side on another garden with fruit trees (apple, plum, peach, walnut ..) and a porch with swings ... Ideal house for large families or several couples with children (MAX CAPACITY 9 people + baby). We love pets but we must refuse them in this rental house, to respect the health of our successive guests.
Garage and 3 parking spaces for cars and bikes.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- Living room (fireplace and TV corner), access to the 2 single-storey gardens, by large windows, free WIFI
- Open kitchen with island, modern equipment,
- Bedroom with wardrobe (140x200 bed),
- bathroom with tub & double sink,

UPSTAIRS:
- Mezzanine / small TV lounge, sea view,
- Bedroom with 140x200 bed, sea view,
- Bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90x200, sea view,

EQUIPMENT: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators, one with freezer, televisions and DVD player, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, etc ... Garden furniture, large electric awning, weber barbecue ...
All equipment and bedding is new.
FOR BABIES: Crib with mattress, high chair, stair gate if necessary.
Central heating and fireplace with insert.
THE SITUATION: By the sea, in the Penerf peninsula, a district highly sought after for its calm, the seaside resort of DAMGAN renowned for its magnificent beach, its shops and its restaurants. Boat, bicycle rental, etc.
In the port of Pénerf: sale of fish and shellfish, quality restaurants and crêperies.
FOR BOATS: Free launching block at 60m.

ACTIVITIES: Fishing on foot (oysters and clams guaranteed ...), sea fishing, hiking on the coastal path, sailing schools, tennis, equestrian center, cinema, leisure park, tree climbing course etc ... All the activities of the coast are accessible directly by cycle paths from the house.
NEAR: Oyster farming museum of Penerf, Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, Suscinio castle, Port du Crouesty, Vannes, Rochefort-en-terre (favorite village of the French), Branféré zoological park, museum of prehistory, etc.
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- A full set of sheets, pillows and tea towels is provided for each rental depending on occupancy. Simply provide towels and beach towels.
- This house is non-smoking, please respect it.
- A cleaning fee is possible at the end of the rental. Otherwise the charges are included Water, Electricity
- Tourist tax for the community of municipalities: € 0.80 per adult and overnight stay.
- A participation will be requested in case of need for central heating out of season. But wood for the fireplace is provided and free.
