Spacious and luxurious new house, near Aubenas, Vals les Bains, Vallon pont d'arc of 235 m2 on the ground + garage + storeroom, 15 minutes from the Ardèche river, in a green setting, absolute calm, no noise pollution to take a restful rest.
Accept up to 6 people as 4 spacious bedrooms.
Ideal location for canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, or idleness in absolute calm.
The southern Ardèche (Vallon pont d'arc) with its magnificent swimming spots, the Ardèche plateau at altitude (Lac d'Issarlès and Gerbier de Jonc) or the surrounding chestnut grove in its steep mountains await you.
Close to several rivers: the Ardèche river for aquatic activities: swimming, canoeing-kayaking but also the Bezorgues river for canyoning, the via ferrata, the Ibie river, the Labeaume river, the Lignon, you can practice swimming and aquatic activities without restraint.
Close to all shops on foot, and the bus stop (5 minutes walk), you can forget the car during your stay. Forest tracks and hiking trails are accessible from the house.

A beautiful house in impressive surroundings. Very peaceful. There are lots of places to visit a short distance from the prooerty. The house is well equipped with everything needed to make the house home from home. A great choice for a family holiday.

Belle vacances en Ardèche surtout avec un gite summum, très beau ,grand et surtout avec la clim au sol dans toutes les pièces, ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir vu la canicule que nous avons eu pendant notre séjour. .je recommande ce gite sans problèmes ,d ailleur j en parle autour de moi. Nous avons visiter de beaux sites non loin de vesseaux merci pour tout.J espère y revenir . Cordialement
