Apartment of 60m2 located next to the Feria de Barcelona - Gran Via. This apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and it is fully equipped to satisfy all the needs that the guests can have. The apartment has 3 bedrooms -one with double queen size bed, other with two twin beds and the third one with a single bed- a living room, an independent fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. This apartment is located on the third floor and you can use the elevator. It is equipped with a very fast free WIFI connection.

Ways of payment:The remaining amount can be done in cash or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at the day of arrival.

Deposit:The deposit has to be done by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and will be re-deposited at the day of departure or the following working day in case of a Sunday or bank holiday. In exceptional cases, you will be able to pay the security deposit in cash and will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00 and 11:00 (service cost 30 euros).

Cleaning service:The client may hire a cleaning service, under express conset of the client.
